Azores Collaborates with Corning Tropel for Top-of-the-Line High-Resolution Photolithography Equipment

Azores Corp is collaborating with Corning Tropel Corporation for top-of-the-line high-resolution photolithography equipment. Corning Tropel supplies precision lens assemblies to Azores for the company’s PanelPrinter™ Systems. Included is the Azores Model 9200 PanelPrinter System, which features a Corning Tropel 200 mm field lens that provides a resolution of 1.5 µm and a depth of focus of more than 9 µm. The lens also provides ± 30 ppm real-time magnification adjustment with Azores’ camera and real-time auto-focus system. Integrating Corning Tropel’s precision lens assemblies into Azores’ high-precision photolithography equipment enables Azores to manufacture advanced stepper machines that address diverse photolithography applications, such as mobile FPD and x-ray sensing.

Azores integrates multiple subsystems into its step-and-repeat photolithography systems to provide manufacturers with maximum performance and flexibility, including an automated substrate alignment system, a precision X-Y stage, a suite of metrology sensors, and an automated reticle handling and storage system, in addition to the Corning Tropel lens assembly.
