A variety of subsystem
enhancement options are available for the Azores PanelPrinter systems.
Throughput Modeler
The Throughput Modeler is an accurate, software-modeling tool that removes the "best guess" estimation of machine throughput, reduces development time, and quantifies production capabilities.
Azores Troubleshooting Viewer
The Azores Troubleshooting Viewer (ATV) is a revolutionary new way to troubleshoot and diagnose system errors so that users can cut service costs and reduce system downtime.
Error Browser
The Error Browser displays usage and error reports in a simple, easy-to-read graphical format that helps users identify and resolve problems immediately, saving valuable time and materials. It also identifies trends that may indicate an imminent failure, alerting the user to required service or maintenance and reducing downtime.
Stage Upgrade
Even though the Azores systems are already equipped with a "standard" stage, certain applications
require higher precision, control, and repeatability. In these cases,
both models can be upgraded to a "flat" stage that is capable of three
degrees of freedom: X, Y, and Θ motion. Additional Z-axis control
is available, providing six degrees of freedom for scale correction.
 Lens Upgrade
The modular design of the Azores systems allows users to configure their system with a variety of
lenses and/or cameras to meet application requirements. High-resolution
lenses or large-field, low reduction lenses are available and can
be fitted on-site, further reducing system downtime. This versatile
architecture gives users the flexibility to work on both flat panel
displays and semiconductor wafers without having to purchase an entirely
new system.
Material Handling
Azores state-of-the-art Automated Substrate Handler System reduces and eliminates particle contamination of substrates during processing, leading to higher yield with lower expenses.
The Automated Substrate Handler System is used for photo tools, scrubbers, and coaters. Other features include a software design that is conducive to clean room environments as well as a user-friendly touch-screen interface, requiring minimal operator training.
